How to report an error

If you spot incorrect information on this site, whether it is a wrong commissioner name, an outdated project status, a broken link, or anything else, let us know:

Include as much detail as you can: which page the error is on, what is wrong, and a link to a source showing the correct information if you have one.

How we handle corrections

When we confirm an error, we update the affected page as quickly as possible. For significant factual corrections (a project status that changed, a vote count that was wrong, a commissioner who left office), we note the correction on the page itself so readers can see what changed.

Minor fixes like typos, broken links, or formatting issues are corrected without a note.

Opposition letters

If an opposition letter we sent on your behalf contains a factual error that affects its usefulness, contact us. We will correct and resend the letter at no charge. If the error is substantial enough that the letter cannot be fixed, we will issue a full refund. See our Terms of Use for details.
