Project information
We report on data center proposals using public records, local news, agenda packets, and community tips. We cite our sources on each project entry. However, proposals move fast. Zoning votes happen, projects get approved or denied, companies change plans, and commissioners leave office. A project status on this site reflects the last public record we could verify, not necessarily what is true at the moment you are reading it.
If you find something outdated or wrong, please report it through our contact page. We correct errors as fast as we can.
The opposition letter
The opposition letter is a civic advocacy tool. It is written to help you communicate your concerns to your local elected officials. It is not a legal filing, not a regulatory submission, and not a guarantee that anything will change. Whether a commissioner reads your letter, responds to it, or acts on it is entirely outside our control.

The risk assessment tool on this site provides a general estimate based on publicly available data. It is not an appraisal, environmental study, or engineering report. Do not make property, financial, or legal decisions based solely on a risk score from this site.
