Data centers in North Brabant: 1 project mapped
North Brabant has one data center mapped: Keppel DC REIT's Eindhoven Campus, two buildings at Dillenburgstraat 25 in the De Hurk business park. The Singapore-based property trust bought it in September 2021 for €37.2 million; it has about 7,790 square meters (83,841 square feet) of rentable space, fully leased to an unnamed IT services company. A consultant quoted by Data Center Knowledge in September 2026 named Eindhoven's technology cluster as a possible place for data centers pushed out of Amsterdam.
Power is the obstacle. On September 17, 2026, grid operator Enexis put more than 85,000 planned new homes in its area on a waiting list because the grid has no room, and the squeeze is worst in Brabant, especially the east of the province. Any large new data center here would compete for the same scarce capacity. TenneT is due to publish in December 2026 how much capacity is available in each area, released step by step from early 2027.
