The Cornerstone Southwest Data Center, this site's listing for Citigroup's South West Data Center at 931 Litsey Road in Roanoke, is one of the bank's own data centers in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, in Denton County, Texas. Citigroup's 2022 state filing for the building lists Tarrant County, but Census Bureau geocoding of the address places it in Denton County. The facility is operating.

In 2023, Citigroup filed to convert existing battery rooms into data hall and support space at an estimated cost of $500,000, with work scheduled from March 1 to December 1, 2023; it filed a matching $500,000 project at its Georgetown Data Center north of Austin the same year. In 2017, Citi said the Roanoke site would be 50 percent powered by renewable energy from MP2 Energy.

North Texas has become the nation's leading data center market, according to Cushman and Wakefield, and Fort Worth has adopted a moratorium, filing requirements and a task force for new data center projects, though the moratorium does not apply to projects already under construction.
