Jumping Bison LLC Data Center, Greensburg, Indiana

Jumping Bison LLC plans a data center on a 550-acre site in Greensburg's Business Enterprise Park, in Decatur County, Indiana, across Interstate 74 from Honda's Indiana Auto Plant. Greensburg City Council approved a 10-year, 60 percent property tax abatement for the project by a 7-0 vote in December 2024. The company, described only as U.S.-based, plans two phases of construction at $400 million each, and it has not said how many jobs the project would create.

The Coalition to Protect Decatur County Against AI Data Center started a Change.org petition in September 2025 that reads, "We deserve to have a vote in this and our voices should be heard." It had more than 950 signatures by the end of October 2025 and had grown to 2,595 by September 2026. Economic Development Corporation director Bryan Robbins told the council, "We're excited that the city council is supportive."

No new decision, permit or hearing on the project has been reported since the December 2024 abatement vote; the petition's growing signature count is the clearest sign of how the project stands as of September 2026.
