Poolside and CoreWeave are developing the Project Horizon data center on Longfellow Ranch in West Texas. Pecos County commissioners listed a tax abatement for CoreWeave in the Longfellow Renewable Energy Reinvestment Zone on their January 2026 agenda.
The planned campus would span 568 acres and could reach 2 gigawatts of power capacity. CoreWeave is the anchor tenant for a first phase with 250 megawatts under a 15-year lease, expandable to 500 megawatts, with completion expected in early 2027.
