Netrality Data Centers St. Louis- 210 North Tucker, St. Louis, Missouri

The Netrality data center at 210 North Tucker Boulevard in downtown St. Louis, Missouri, is the city's main carrier hotel, an operating building where competing networks physically connect. Netrality has run the building since 2016, when it bought it and 900 Walnut Street from Digital Realty, along with 365 Data Centers' colocation space inside 210 North Tucker. The building offers 442,000 square feet of colocation space, more than 61 network providers, and a carrier-neutral meet-me room where those networks connect to each other.

In 2022 Netrality added two data halls totaling 11,600 square feet at the building, Data Center Dynamics reported. "St. Louis' rapidly evolving market in technology, biotech, and healthcare will increase the demand for edge computing in the state," Netrality's chief revenue officer, Amber Caramella, said at the time.

St. Louis passed its first citywide data center rules on September 11, 2026, after a larger fight over a separate, much bigger data center planned for the old Famous-Barr warehouse in Midtown. The rules limit where new data centers can be built, cap noise and heat, require renewable energy and bar city tax incentives for data centers.

Under the ordinance, data centers already operating continue as legal nonconforming uses, but any enlargement, including more backup generator capacity, must fully comply with the new rules.
