Netrality's data center at 900 Walnut Street in downtown St. Louis, Missouri, is an operating carrier hotel and colocation building that the company pairs with its larger interconnection hub at 210 North Tucker. Netrality and TierPoint both run data centers near 11th and Olive downtown.

Netrality markets 900 Walnut to network operators, cloud providers and enterprises, offering space from single cabinets to private suites and direct links to six cloud connection providers, including Cloudflare, Megaport and Zayo CloudLink. The company describes itself as the largest privately held owner of core interconnection facilities in the U.S.

On September 11, 2026, the St. Louis Board of Aldermen passed zoning rules restricting where new data centers can be built, limiting noise and heat, and requiring renewable energy, plus a companion bill banning city tax incentives for data centers. "The people of St. Louis have been pretty clear, by and large, about how they feel about data centers, and it's our job as representatives to listen to the people we represent," said Alderwoman Anne Schweitzer, the bill's sponsor.

The rules classify data centers by size, cap ground-floor data center use in most buildings at 30%, and allow exceptions for buildings that sign a community benefit agreement with the city. Existing data centers, including 900 Walnut, continue as legal nonconforming uses, though any enlargement must fully comply. The bill now goes to Mayor Cara Spencer for her signature.
