STACK Atlanta (Lithia Springs) data center, Lithia Springs, Georgia

STACK Infrastructure's ATL02 data center campus in Lithia Springs, Douglas County, west of Atlanta, spans 64 acres and now offers 160 megawatts of power, according to STACK's own site. STACK first filed with the Georgia Department of Community Affairs in 2024 for two three-story data centers at 808 Factory Shoals Road, a $380.9 million project with completion listed for May 2026.

A later filing added two more buildings, of 196,030 and 227,260 square feet, and STACK had marketed the land as a build-to-suit site since at least 2021, when it listed 39 acres and 48 megawatts. STACK's first Atlanta facility, ATL01, was one of eight data centers seeded to the company by IPI in 2019 and offers 7 megawatts.

Lithia Springs and Douglasville have become a center of Atlanta's data center growth, with Digital Realty, CoreSite, Switch, Google, Microsoft, Flexential, H5 and QTS also building in the area. The campus was reviewed by Georgia as a Development of Regional Impact, a state process for large projects, rather than through a contested local vote.
