Stream Goodyear Campus (Phoenix I-V) data center, Goodyear, Arizona

Stream Data Centers' Phoenix campus, called PHXA, sits at 2950 S. Litchfield Road in Goodyear, Maricopa County, Arizona, on 157 acres planned for seven buildings; two are already built and serving tenants. At full build the campus would use up to 280 megawatts of power across more than two million square feet, fed by a dedicated Arizona Public Service substation built to carry 480 megawatts.

The first building, Phoenix I, opened in January 2021 as a 418,000-square-foot data center; Stream has not named its tenants. Arizona offers a 20-year sales tax exemption on equipment to tenants that lease at least 500 kilowatts for three years or more, an incentive Stream markets on this campus.

Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes asked state lawmakers on August 31, 2026 to pause approval of new data centers statewide, citing rising energy costs and cuts to the state's Colorado River water supply; the Legislature has not acted. Stream has not announced a construction date for the remaining five buildings planned for the campus.
