Vantage College Park Data Center Campus, South Fulton, Georgia

Vantage Data Centers has proposed a 105-megawatt data center at 4380 Stacks Road in South Fulton, Fulton County, Georgia, on a 24-acre site at Stacks and Mallory roads, just north of the CSX railroad. Vantage filed it with the state in August 2024 along with a second filing, Westlake, about 10 miles away; Stacks Road was planned for completion in January 2027. South Fulton's City Council later paused new data center applications, but Stacks Road was filed before that pause took effect.

The city's moratorium on new data center applications began December 9, 2025, and was extended in May 2026 to September 9, 2026, a date that has since passed with no further extension published. Whether construction has started at Stacks Road is unclear; the most recent published reporting on the project is from early 2025. Decisions on data centers in South Fulton rest with the mayor and City Council.

The Atlanta Regional Commission's review found the project "not aligned" with the region's policy of preserving forested land, and recommended waterless or near-waterless cooling to ease the burden on drinking water supplies. It estimated the project would bring South Fulton about $7.3 million a year in revenue and generate 690 new vehicle trips a day.
