ATL1 data center, Atlanta, Georgia

The ATL1 data center at 40 Perimeter Center East, in Atlanta's Perimeter Center area of DeKalb County, Georgia, is owned by Lincoln Rackhouse, runs 15 megawatts of power and is operating, with colocation company Internap holding a master lease and Coca-Cola as a significant tenant. In December 2025, CBS News Atlanta reported that DeKalb County had two existing data centers, one an 88,000-square-foot facility owned by Lincoln Rackhouse, as the county debates how to handle large new ones.

DeKalb County commissioners voted on July 7, 2026 to extend a moratorium on new data center development to March 30, 2027 while county departments study the industry's impact, and any new rules must account for the Department of Watershed Management's water and sewer protocols.

Internap once ran its corporate headquarters from the building before shifting to Virginia; its then chief executive, Pete Aquino, told analysts some Atlanta employees would move to "our new suburban data center anchored by Coca-Cola," while the company also operated a flagship downtown data center at 250 Williams Street at the time.
