Macquarie Data Centres operates the Intellicentre campus at 17-23 Talavera Road in Macquarie Park, Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. Keppel DC REIT agreed in 2024 to sell the land and two existing data center buildings to Macquarie. The buildings are Intellicentre 2 and Intellicentre 3 East.
The announced purchase price was AU$174 million. Intellicentre 2 was built in 2012 and Intellicentre 3 East was completed in 2021. A third building, Intellicentre 3 SuperWest, was in development when the deal was announced; the report expected completion in the third quarter of 2026.
