Keppel DC REIT owns two data centers at 82 Genting Lane in Singapore, known as Keppel DC Singapore 7 and Singapore 8, both run by Keppel DCS3 Services Pte Ltd, according to the REIT's 2025 annual report. In 2025 the REIT bought out the remaining stake in both buildings, moving from 99.49 percent to full ownership, and locked in a 10-year land lease extension.
The purchase price included a combined 350 million Singapore dollars for the lease extension alone, on top of about 540 million and 560 million Singapore dollars for the two buildings themselves, the filing shows.
