Building 2 has 5 tenants and was 98.2 percent occupied at the end of 2025, building 3 has 2 tenants and was fully occupied, and building 4 has 4 tenants at 94.5 percent occupancy.
Keppel completed buying out its remaining minority partners in buildings 3 and 4 on February 12, 2026, giving the REIT full ownership of all three buildings.
