CloudHQ Manassas (MCC1/MCC2) data center, Manassas, Virginia

CloudHQ's MCC data center campus in Manassas, Prince William County, Virginia, includes the company's first two buildings there, MCC1 and MCC2, part of a seven-building campus planned for about 2.23 million square feet and 382 megawatts of computing power. MCC1 and MCC2 are both operating, and CloudHQ says 96 megawatts of capacity remains available to lease across the campus.

CloudHQ says the next building, MCC5, already has its site plan in hand and is ready for construction, and that MCC7 was slated to break ground in mid-2025 for delivery in the third quarter of 2026, though it has not published an update on either building since. The MCC campus connects to CloudHQ's second Manassas campus, MDC, and to local and long-haul fiber routes.

Prince William County adopted zoning limits on new data center rezonings on March 4, 2026, after the Virginia Court of Appeals voided the rezoning behind the county's separate Digital Gateway project near Manassas National Battlefield Park. That ruling does not affect the already-operating MCC campus, which sits within an area already zoned for data centers and needs only routine county site plan approval for further buildings, as MCC5 has already gotten.
