The Comcast data center at 650 Centerton Road in Moorestown, Burlington County, New Jersey, occupies the first floor of a three-story office building outside Philadelphia that Comcast uses as an Xfinity facility. Built in 2001 on 5.1 acres, the 74,240-square-foot building went up for sale in November 2023 in a sale-leaseback deal, with Comcast keeping the ground-floor data center under only an initial 12-month lease while the rest of the building was marketed to investors.

The listing described that first floor as a data center with mostly raised flooring, 14 Liebert HVAC units, four Liebert battery systems and four Liebert power systems, and local property taxes assessed the building at just over $10 million. Avison Young marketed the property through LoopNet without listing a sale price, and the building is or was the site of Comcast's Cybersecurity Operations Center, according to an incident-response forum cited by Data Center Dynamics.

That 12-month leaseback on the data center floor was due to end around November 2024.
