NTT Global Data Centers runs six buildings on its Cyberjaya campus, near Kuala Lumpur, with a combined IT load of 20 megawatts. In a December 2024 announcement, NTT said its next Malaysian expansion is a larger campus in Gelang Patah, Johor Bahru, rather than more building on the Cyberjaya site.
